MIDCT Conducts Good Governance Training for Staff and Board Members

In a bid to strengthen governance and accountability, the Mzimba Institute for Development Communication Trust (MIDCT) has organized a training session on good governance and accountability for its staff and board members. The training is being conducted by the Mzimba South office of the National Initiative for Civic Education (NICE), with Aaron Luhanga serving as the lead facilitator. The session aims to equip participants with essential skills and knowledge to enhance organizational effectiveness, transparency, and ethical leadership. “This initiative is crucial for building institutional trust and ensuring that organizations like MIDCT operate with integrity and efficiency,” said Luhanga. The event has brought together both MIDCT staff and board members, fostering dialogue and a shared understanding of best practices in governance and accountability.
